Keeping Christ in Christmas
Due to Christmas falling on Sunday, we had what is typically our Christmas Eve service a few days earlier to allow our members who were going out of town to attend. Our Christmas "Eve" Candlelight Service service was held on December 22. Pastor Jason makes the point that what the world needs more than saying Merry Christmas, instead of Happy Holidays, is Christians keeping Christ in their hearts every day of the year.

THE STORY
The Bible is central to our faith, but many people are intimidated by its scope and size. During the 2011-2012 school year, LIFE Groups at New Vision Church will read and discuss The Story. Consisting of 31 chapters of carefully-selected scriptures sequenced in chronological order, The Story presents the word of God in an engaging format, reading like a novel. The Story gives us a way to journey from Genesis to Revelation together in 31 weeks so everyone understands God’s story and how their story intersects with it. In this message, Pastor Jason kicks off this exciting journey for our church.
